    PRODUCTS

    All our of products have been designed to be machine wash safe. We just recommend popping them into a washing safe bag and turning them inside out. If the product has velcro, wash it with the velcro done up.

    Product Label Reads: Cold Machine Wash separately using mild detergent. Do not soak, bleach, or wring. Do not Dry Clean, tumble dry. Line Dry in the shade. Cool iron on the reverse side if needed. Excluding trim or embellishment.

    As our products are not made in-house we are not able to repair any damage caused by chewing or wear and tear.

    At 'Your Pup' we do not take responsibility for any damages that may occur due to the misuse of our products.

    *Please also supervise your pet when wearing any of our clothing and jackets.

    SIZING AND FIT

    We know this can be a bit confusing and daunting, that is why we have put together a seamless size guide and how to measure your pet guide together.

    If your dog is on the border between sizes, we suggest you go for the larger size. A number of our coats and robes are very adjustable so if your dog is between sizes these styles would be more suitable. Many of our products are made with fabrics that stretch so this should be taken into consideration when going up a size. The measurement along their topline will provide the best guide to the most suitable size.

    Got an item that doesn't fit 100%? We want you to be happy and so we have made the return process super duper easy (As long as your return abides by the guidelines below)

    How to know if my product abides by the return rules?

    - New Condition
    - No wear and Tear
    - Label is still attached
    - Must be Odour and Dog Hair Free

    Do you meet our requirements? Then you can send us an email to info@yourpup.com.au within 14 days from the date of the initial delivery. (We do not cover the costs of shipping your items back)

    Once we have received your item and checked it thoroughly we will issue you with a 100% store-credit so you can re-purchase the item/size you need.

    Please allow 3-5 days for an exchange or return to be processed once we have received your item.

    We do not refund the costs of shipping your items back.

    SHIPPING

    We ship free of charge within Australia. For overseas orders there will be a shipping fee.

    Orders usually ship within 72 hours. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details so you can keep an eye on your order.

    Delivery timeframes vary depending on your location. If you select express shipping, you can expect your order to arrive within 1 to 3 business days. Choose standard shipping and you can expect your order to arrive within 2 to 8 business days.

    Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking details so you can keep a close eye on your order until it reaches its destination. We use Australia Post for deliveries within Australia.

    Delivery Cost does not include any applicable import taxes and customs duties for your order. You are responsible for the payment of any applicable taxes and duties for your order. In compliance with Australian export regulations, we must declare the exact value of all products ordered and mark them dutiable as "merchandise". The law prohibits us from marking any order as a "gift" even if you are placing an order with the intention of sending a gift to a recipient. Please check with your country's customs service for further information. Customs inspections may result in Delivery Estimate delays.

    If the item has already been shipped then our return or exchange policy applies.

    Although Australia Post quote us 2-8 business days for standard delivery, they may not always be able to deliver within this timeframe. When this is the case, your tracking number may show a ‘delayed’ delivery date.   

    If your order still isn’t delivered within 20 days, please contact us and we can launch an investigation with Australia Post.
